NEC led the project as the chief
energy technology consultant to establish Energy Management System and provided energy-saving technical consultation for OFTS.

ü To create accountability, NEC set up Energy Management System for the Co. and carried out ISO50001 system certification.
Set up KPIs for the
essential
functions in the system.
ü To create transparency, NEC installed meters for water, electricity, gas and heat consumers, and established communication
for the meters, then, using EnM-software to store, manage and analyze the
energy data.
ØFeasiblity study on application of
energy-saving technology
üTo uncover, NEC looked for alternative green energy for plant heating demand in winter, DHW
heating and power supply with carrying out feasibility studies on the
application of solar energy generation, Ground Source Heat
Storage, air
compressor update by frequency
conversion,
efficient diesel
generator…
in the
new OFTS factory.
